Graphic Designer @ Invibes

At Invibes, we're committed to pushing digital advertising to the next level, and we're looking for a skilled and creative Graphic Designer to join our Bucharest-based Creative Lab team. Our ideal candidate will have a keen eye for design, be proficient in Adobe Photoshop, and passionate about HTML/CSS. As you'll be working with our international teams across 18+ countries, a good level of written and spoken English (B2 level minimum) is also required.

As a member of our Creative Lab team, you'll have the opportunity to create captivating in-feed advertising experiences that will be seen by millions of users across the globe. You'll receive the utmost support from our team as you learn about Invibes in-feed formats and start creating your own amazing examples.

Roles & Responsibilities

  • Create advertiser-specific in-feed ads demos based on Invibes innovative formats templates and in accordance with Invibes standards, best practices and guidelines (more than 80 formats in 2024);
  • Propose UX improvements for ad experience with the aim to impress our clients;
  • Validate demos to match Invibes style and quality guide;
  • Advice our sales, based on their request on the most suitable Invibes formats to achieve desired results, search for relevant assets, and propose the best suitable options and variations of the demos, provide sales with necessary format-related information (UX, specs, variations etc.);
  • Reporting to the Head of Creative Lab.

Requirements

  • Good knowledge of Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator;
  • HTML/CSS knowledge and passion (set of skills that would allow you read the code, write it and modify it);
  • Demonstrated graphic & web design skills;
  • Good understanding of UX and best practices;
  • Good communication and decision making skills in order to guide our sales teams towards selection of the formats to be presented to clients as well as explaining (when needed) how they work;
  • Attention to detail with a focus on producing high-quality, pixel-perfect designs;
  • Ability to adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a dynamic, deadline-driven work environment.
  • Previous experience in advertising/marketing is a significant advantage.
