As a Partnership Manager - Publishers & Data Management, you will strategically develop and maintain the relationship with Italian publisher network, to impact the growth, success and profitability of the Invibes operation, while sustaining meaningful and long-term relationships with partners.Secondarily, identify and bring onboard a supply of data partners from companies such as telcos, and other third parties, to develop the Invibes ID network, working in conjunction with the senior management team.

What you will do:

  • Drive onboarding, pricing model and timely integration of the publishers and data partners onto the network
  • Own and maintain business relationships with tier 1 & tier 2 publishers and data partners
  • Delivering revenue to right partners from demand, balancing needs of different stakeholders within business while not digressing from overall strategy
  • Proactive identification of supply gaps
  • Best practice publisher set up in line with company visions and goals
  • Drive development of and implementation of new initiatives
  • Troubleshooting technical issues with publisher ops and R & D team
  • Pull reports and provide insights to Country Director to shape sales policy and strategy
  • Oversee billing and invoicing monthly for publishers
  • Be the tech expert for publisher integrations
  • Grow publisher network with outreach and networking, speaking at events as required
  • Collaborate with IT sales teams - recommending strategies to win opportunities and briefs
  • Work alongside the Publisher Operations team to effectively forecast and manage right supply
  • Deliver excellent client service to all publishers and other clients
  • Analyze inventory and fill rates across all publishers on a daily basis

What you need to succeed:

  • Experience in selling digital solutions for publishers
  • 2-3 years working experience in sales and business development in ad tech / media
  • Strong communication skills
  • Strong organizational skill
  • Native Italian and high English spoken and written skills
  • Social and empathic
  • Multitasking, adaptability, and dynamic profile
